How registration works

Follow Dr Ipsita Nayak — an invented delegate, used here only to show the steps — from her acceptance email to a paid registration. She is a PhD scholar and the corresponding author of an accepted abstract, and her two co-authors will each do this separately: the fee registers a person, not a paper.

What delegates ask

• OpensRegistration opens on 13 October 2026. Until then the page shows the date in place of the form.
• One per personThe fee registers one delegate. Each co-author who will attend or present registers from their own account.
• Early birdThe lower rate applies to payments completed on or before Dec 20, 2026 — the day the money clears, not the day the form was opened.
• No account yetA co-author invited onto a paper may never have signed up. Register from an account created with the email address the invitation reached.
• The invoiceIssued the moment payment is confirmed, and downloadable from the registration page whenever it is wanted again.
• CertificatesIssued to registered participants only, after the paper has been presented.
