    Three days at IIM Sambalpur, Odisha, in person and hybrid. Presentation and participation certificates are issued to registered authors who attend and present.

Which dates apply to me?

Both pathways run identically through the abstract stage. A Pathway B author is on Pathway A until the abstract is accepted (30 November 2026); only then does the full-paper stage begin, which Pathway A skips. After acceptance, a Pathway B author may continue with the full manuscript or return to Pathway A and present on the accepted abstract. Both pathways rejoin to register and present.

* Full-paper decisions are targeted for 15 December 2026, and may take up to around 30 days beyond (or even more) depending on how early the author submits the full paper, reviewer acceptance, and the time the Track Editor takes to reach a decision. Pathway B authors are therefore advised to submit at the earliest.
